Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an Analyst, AI Platform & Enablement to oversee day-to-day operations of approved AI platforms and to enable employees through onboarding, training, and support. You will manage access, troubleshoot issues, and maintain user-facing documentation while tracking adoption and KPIs.

This remote, full-time role is based in the United States and reports to the Director of AI. A strong background in SaaS administration and enterprise AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of SaaS administration, IT operations, or technical enablement experience.
• Hands-on fluency with enterprise AI tools (Glean, Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) and familiarity with RAG, LLMs, prompting, grounding, agents, guardrails.
• Experience administering cloud/SaaS platforms including users, groups, permissions, and identity/workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Experience onboarding and coaching new users and tracking adoption via dashboards/KPIs.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI use, data handling, and escalation boundaries.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and vendor ticketing; knowledge of AWS Bedrock is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI platforms, including users, licenses, and access reviews.
• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning, entitlements, and support queues; resolve Tier 1/2 issues.
• Maintain runbooks, known-issues, procedures, and rollout communications for features.
• Onboard users and deliver demonstrations, coaching, and responsible AI guidance.
• Create FAQs, guides, troubleshooting content, and training materials for non-technical audiences.
• Support ethical AI use and help translate business tasks into safe AI-enabled workflows.
• Collect feedback, identify adoption barriers, and suggest improvements.
• Track adoption, licenses, support demand, and governance reporting; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to align with ethics and company policies.
