Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 0–1 years of professional experience in marketing technology, automation, or data tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and documentation.
• Basic understanding or interest in marketing automation, workflows, or AI/agent-based systems.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor pre-built orchestration agents within Optimizely Opal/Mark per documented workflows.
• Track agent runs, flag and escalate errors to senior team members.
• Troubleshoot failed agent executions using runbooks.
• Maintain records of agent activity, logs, and outcomes for reporting/audit.
