DIRECTV is hiring an entry-level Agentic Orchestration Analyst to operate automated marketing workflows built on Optimizely Opal/Mark. You’ll run, monitor, and troubleshoot orchestration agents across our MarTech stack, ensuring reliable execution and data quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, logs, and collaboration with the MarTech Platform & Integrations Manager and cross-functional teams. Remote work is available nationwide with standard pay bands.

Formación

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, CS, Data Analytics or related field.
• 0–1 year of professional experience; internships or coursework are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic understanding of marketing automation or AI/agent systems.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for data validation.
• Clear written communication for logging issues and documenting processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor pre-built orchestration agents in Optimizely Opal/Mark according to workflows.
• Track agent runs, log errors, and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Troubleshoot failed agent executions using runbooks.
• Maintain records of agent activity, logs, and outcomes.
• Support data hygiene and input-quality checks for workflows.
• Assist in testing agents before production rollout and document results.
• Collaborate with MarTech Platform & Integrations Manager and stakeholders.
• Escalate platform bugs or data discrepancies to appropriate channels.
• Contribute to internal docs and SOPs for agent configurations.
• Participate in training to build proficiency in Optimizely Opal/Mark.
