Intelligems is hiring a Forward Deployed Optimization Manager to join Agentic Optimization (AO), Intelligems' AI-native optimization team. You’ll deploy AI agents on live Shopify storefronts and drive revenue lift across pricing, offers, upsells, content, and checkout while leading customer communications.

This field-facing role demands 5–7+ years in CRO or AI-enabled consulting, exceptional communication, and proven ability to translate data into actionable guidance for founders and e-commerce

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years running experimentation programs for e-commerce brands.
• 5-7+ years in consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or AI implementation with client exposure.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for founders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI agents on live storefronts and build workflows to accelerate deployments.
• Run the experimentation program, prioritizing tests and turning results into next steps.
• Shape the product by logging what works, flagging gaps, and guiding development.
• Own customer relationships as the primary contact and translate results into recommendations.
• Help write briefs, roadmaps, and performance summaries for customers and the team.
