Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role with software deployment focus.
• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and application building.
• Strong understanding of public API interactions including CRUD operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in configuration and deployment of Optimizely AI.
• Support design and build of custom applications or connectors.
