Descrizione del lavoro

Intelligems is hiring a Forward Deployed Optimization Associate to join the AO team. You will deploy AI agents on live Shopify storefronts and own the end-to-end experimentation program, driving revenue lift across the full funnel from content to post-purchase.

You will be the customer’s main contact in the field, shape the product with field feedback, and help write the playbook for delivery and best practices. This is an early, build-mode team with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Self-starter who works well in ambiguity and is driven by intrinsic motivation.
• Track record of hitting targets with specifics you can point to.
• Clear written and verbal communication, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Executive presence and gravitas with customers: trusted advisor to founders and senior e-commerce leaders.
