Job summary

Optimizely in New York seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge AI products with enterprise customers, designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that integrate with our platforms.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering, lead deployments via public APIs, and craft custom tools for RAG workflows, ensuring scalable, reliable integration across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with building AI-powered integrations and deployments.
• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) basics.
• Strong API and system integration skills.
• Excellent communication with enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Willingness to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design AI deployments across Optimizely platforms.
• Lead technical deployments and integrate with customer tech stacks via APIs.
• Develop custom tools and connectors for AI workflows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize deployed AI solutions for performance.
• Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
