Job summary

Supermove is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents for large moving companies in North America. You will work directly with customers to understand operations, build AI workflows, and deliver production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, agents, tool calling, or AI-powered apps.
• Product-minded problem solving and ability to design scalable solutions.
• Comfort working directly with customers; strong communication and discovery skills.
• Strong ownership, execution, and ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agents and related platforms; extend Voice Agent and Autopilot capabilities.
• Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery to production rollout and optimization.
• Design and implement AI workflows translating business processes into agent behavior.
• Debug, optimize, and evaluate agents in production to improve prompts, code, and metrics.
• Build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Turn deployment patterns into reusable product features across customers.
• Drive deployments and customer outcomes with cross-team collaboration.
• Explain technical decisions to customer leadership and align with business needs.
