Job summary

Honeycomb is hiring an Staff AI Operations Lead to design and scale AI-driven business workflows across RevOps, Support, Sales, and Product. You will own end-to-end implementations, pairing with department leaders to identify high-leverage opportunities and delivering production-ready systems with monitoring and governance.

You will build reusable patterns for model access, orchestration, and cost control, while championing adoption through documentation, demos, and enablement for multiple

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production AI workflows.
• Experience partnering with RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
• Ability to own end-to-end programs without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Ship automated workflows end to end.
• Partner with department leaders to identify the highest-leverage workflows and determine where a model helps.
• Define success before you build: cycle time, quality, cost, risk, and instrument it.
• Deliver working systems, not prototypes, with evaluation harnesses and human-in-the-loop review where needed.
• Iterate on adoption with a product-manager mindset: research, documentation, and a plan for usage.
• Establish patterns for model access, orchestration and agents, prompt and tool management, evaluation, logging, and cost control.
• Co-own shared components with Engineering and align dependencies early.
