Job summary

Honeycomb is hiring for a senior data-focused AI engineer on the Data team to turn complex business workflows into fast, automated processes across RevOps, Customer Success, Sales, and Product. You’ll own end-to-end AI integrations that move beyond demos and deliver production-grade systems.

You’ll collaborate with security, privacy, and compliance teams, craft evaluation harnesses, and develop templates and playbooks to scale adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping production AI workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Experience with security, privacy, and governance in data projects.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ship automated workflows end to end.
• Build the shared substrate for data workflows and agents.
• Make the company fluent by creating templates, playbooks, and patterns.
• Keep it safe and governable through collaboration with Security, IT and Legal.
