Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI systems into production for non-technical teams.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks including LLMs, retrieval, agents, and evaluation.
• Strong teaching instincts and ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage workflows with department leaders and automate end-to-end.
• Define success metrics like cycle time, quality, and cost; report outcomes honestly.
• Iterate on adoption using user research, documentation, and product management tactics.
