Job summary

Hive is seeking a senior individual contributor to turn business workflows into fast, automated, measurable AI-powered processes. You will own end-to-end implementations, partner with leaders across RevOps, Sales, and Product, and build reusable data infrastructures while maintaining governance and safety.

You will influence adoption through docs, playbooks, and enablement for GTM, operations, and leadership, shaping how AI is used in real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• Shipping production systems end-to-end that support business workflows.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tools, agents, evaluation.
• Ability to learn other teams’ roles and improve them.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Ship automated workflows end to end with measurable impact.
• Partner with department leaders to identify high-leverage workflows and how models help.
• Define success metrics, instrument results, and report honestly.
• Build shared patterns for access, orchestration, and governance.
