Job summary

Virta Health is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive the company’s evolution into an AI‑native organization. You will serve as the hands‑on SME for rolling out our agentic AI platform across HR and IT, ensuring safe and scalable adoption while collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, and business teams.

In this cross‑functional role within Engineering, you will audit AI costs, establish governance, and develop repeatable workflows to support IT staff and end users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement.
• 4 years of technical program management experience.
• Hands‑on experience deploying/generating AI productivity suites (Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot).
• Experience integrating with frontier LLMs, multi‑agent frameworks, and vector/retrieval systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the selected agentic AI platform across departments; act as technical SME.
• Establish AI cost observability and dashboards to monitor department spending.
• Govern AI vendor risk assessment with Security and Legal teams.
• Bridge IT, Security & Engineering to translate guardrails into policies.
• Build repeatable IT operational workflows and SOPs for AI ticketing and licensing.
