Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to lead the agentic transformation within the Solution Engineering department.

You will build tooling, establish secure CI/CD pipelines, and align agentic workflows with Azure-native platforms while ensuring compliance with responsible AI and PHI/privacy requirements. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architectural guidance, and evangelism to drive adoption across squads, reporting to the Director of Solution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Deep experience in agentic AI development and prompt engineering.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI/agent output.
• Know-how in AI security practices: prompt-injection, sandboxing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the agentic harness using GitHub, VS Code, Copilot for AI-assisted development.
• Document agent orchestration patterns and context engineering practices.
• Partner with squads to boost agentic code check-in rates and track progress.
• Serve as internal SME on agentic coding practices and evaluate new tools.
• Design interoperable workflows across Jira, Azure DevOps, and APIs.
