• Tooling & Infrastructure: Build internal AI platforms, copilots, and AI‑agent toolkits for specific workflows.
• Cross‑Functional Enablement: Partner with non‑technical teams to prototype AI‑powered solutions.
• Governance & Standards: Establish security guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and deployment guardrails for safe AI at scale.
• Training & Mentorship: Improve AI literacy and promote adoption across the enterprise.
