Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Operations & AI Initiative Intern to help define and validate AI-enabled operating models. You will bridge business realities with agent implementations, documenting workflows and validating proposed automation with a focus on meaningful operational impact.

You will work with transformation teams, contribute to pilot programs, and support cross-functional project deliverables while learning the business and AI integration landscape.

• Participates in operational analysis, research, and transformation initiatives.
• Maintains project documentation and status updates.
