Job summary

Partner with operational teams to decompose workflows and produce agent-ready specifications that support an AI-enabled, high-performing business.

Qualifications

• Some undergraduate education.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Interviews stakeholders across multiple functions to map workflows.
• Observes and documents current-state processes.
• Develops process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Identifies bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Documents decision logic, system interactions, handoffs, and escalation procedures.
• Collaborates with transformation and leadership on process improvement initiatives.
• Maintains organized process documentation repositories and standards.
• Translates workflows into agent-ready specifications with triggers, inputs, and rules.
