Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corp seeks an AI-focused professional to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions to deliver measurable business value. You will test AI tools, assist deployments, map workflows, and coordinate pilots to drive automation across the enterprise.

The role requires hands-on AI experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across departments to align AI use cases with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, AI or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Analytics/IS/AI or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Azure AI) in a professional or academic setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing and validating AI tools.
• Support the deployment and daily monitoring of enterprise AI or LLM integrations.
• Map and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for AI enablement.
• Assist in pilot coordination and testing, capturing results and feedback.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure data is defined and collected.
• Track adoption metrics and summarize insights for leadership reviews.
• Keep up-to-date with AI trends and regulatory considerations and translate them into actionable insights.
• Work with Pride departments to align AI use cases with business outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Observe safety and security rules and report incidents promptly.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and sound business judgment.
• Support cross-department collaboration to exceed expectations.
