You will work with business leaders to transform manual processes into scalable solutions across sales, partner management, enablement, and operations.

You will design prototypes, dashboards, and workflows, develop skills in Python, Power Automate, Mendix, and Excel, and contribute to knowledge bases while aiming for future

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, IS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Hybrid work: at least 2 days in Livonia, MI office.
• Experience with Python, Excel, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement productivity improvements using Siemens GPT, Microsoft Copilot, public AI tools, and automation platforms.
• Develop solutions using Python, Power Automate, Mendix, Excel, and related technologies.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Build prototypes, dashboards, reports, and workflow automations to address business challenges.
• Create documentation, training materials, best practices, and reusable prompt libraries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, technical, marketing, channel, and operational teams.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leadership.
• Project areas can include AI-assisted content generation and research, Sales and partner prospecting automation, Onboarding process automation, Reporting and dashboard development, Data collection and analysis, Knowledge management and process documentation, Business workflow optimization and Copilot and generative AI use case development.
