Job summary

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to unlock insights driving strategic decisions for top customers. You will partner with IT BI and business users to define KPIs, metrics, and dashboards, focusing on retention, market share, and revenue growth.

You will support data strategies, forecast analysis, and operational metrics, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with large datasets.
• Degree in analytics or related field preferred.
• Experience in commercial domain is a plus.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in analytics workflows.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and business acumen.
• Experience mentoring analysts in a team environment.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics frameworks to monitor customer retention, market share and revenue growth.
• Provide analytics and insights into customer forecast and impact to performance and prioritization.
• Deliver analytics for quote to order conversion.
• Provide analytics around key operational metrics affecting customer satisfaction.
• Leverage AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other analytics teams using Tableau and Snowflake.
• Communicate clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
