Job summary

Invenergy LLC, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Manager of Applied AI to design, deploy, and scale practical AI solutions with measurable business impact.

You will work hands-on with teams to build low-code AI agents, lead engagements, and ensure responsible AI across the enterprise while staying current with platform updates and governance. This role reports to Enterprise Analytics & AI leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in industry or technology function.
• Experience designing, building, or managing AI agents or similar AI-driven solutions.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and manage low-code AI agents and other complex AI solutions with business teams.
• Lead engagement with business teams to understand workflows and co-develop solutions.
• Maintain familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and ensure responsible use.
• Oversee evaluation of third-party AI software for fit, security, and governance.
• Monitor AI usage and adoption, identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to design AI training content.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and platform updates.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and analytics teams to align solutions.
• Manage one or more employees supporting AI adoption functions.
