Job summary

MUST Company is hiring an AI-Native Design Engineer to own end-to-end product design across AI-powered interfaces. This fully remote, full-time role asks you to blend product thinking, UX, interaction design, and frontend implementation using AI to accelerate progress while maintaining judgment.

You will influence Match Hire, the Crypto Project, and Pulse / AI OS, shaping mobile-first and brand-consistent experiences with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end digital product work.
• Solid UX fundamentals across research, IA, interaction, usability, content hierarchy.
• Strong visual craft in typography, spacing, and responsive design.
• Experience working with engineers and product owners through implementation and release.
• Ability to critique and guide AI-assisted UI with critical tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Discover and frame experience problems, map journeys, and prioritize by value and impact.
• Design AI-native interactions, including uncertainty, latency, and human-in-the-loop scenarios.
• Prototype and build, collaborating in product repositories with modern React/Next.js and TS-based interfaces.
• Create reusable product and brand systems with tokens and components.
• Validate outcomes with real users and data, documenting decisions and learnings.
