Job summary

ReflexAI is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a product pod and own end-to-end design from discovery through shipped features. You will partner closely with PMs and engineers to shape product direction, not just create visuals, and bring strong craft to every surface you touch.

You will influence design decisions across the product and contribute to documentation, patterns, and team processes, while actively experimenting with AI tools to improve outcomes and velocity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience with strong craft and attention to detail.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and intuitive AI UX.
• Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers and ability to drive direction.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for your pod from exploration to shipped product.
• Partner with PM and engineering to shape product direction, not just execution.
• Apply high craft to UX and visual design across surfaces and systems.
• Write docs, establish patterns, and provide feedback to enable others to move confidently.
