1mind AI Inc. is hiring a Lead Product Designer for a remote, Eastern timezone–preferred role.

You will own the end-to-end design of buyer-facing AI-driven workflows, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and help shape the interaction language of a new enterprise software category. This senior IC role emphasizes prototyping, customer research, and building a coherent design system as the product scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or similar
• Strong portfolio with exceptional interaction and visual craft
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design systems

Responsibilities

• Own product design from problem framing through research, UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration.
• Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration to help users understand, guide, trust, and stay in control.
• Simplify complex workflows across configuration, integrations, multi-step workflows, states, permissions, and other deep B2B experiences.
• Shape buyer-facing experiences and the products used to configure, deploy, understand, and manage Superhumans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and solutions together.
• Prototype early using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and code-based tools to test interactions.
• Run customer conversations and usability sessions to translate insights into better experiences.
• Move between system-level thinking and detailed interaction/design, from model to polish.
• Stay involved through implementation and design QA to ensure the shipped experience matches intent.
• Evolve design system and reusable patterns as the product grows.
• Use product data and feedback to assess impact.
