Job summary

MUST Company is seeking an AI-Native Design Engineer, AI Products, to own the end-to-end product experience across Match Hire, the Crypto Project, and Pulse / AI OS. You will define problems, design precise interactions, and translate brand intent into reusable product systems.

This is a hands-on, fully remote, full-time role requiring UX excellence, collaboration with engineers, and fluency in English. You will drive design across AI tooling, prototyping, and frontend implementation to improve

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing end-to-end digital product work with problem, trade-offs, and shipped results.
• Strong UX fundamentals across research, IA, interaction design, usability and responsive design.
• Excellent visual craft in typography, spacing, composition, states, and design systems.
• Experience working directly with engineers and product owners throughout release cycles.
• Ability to use AI coding and design tools to accelerate output while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experience, from problem framing to shipped result.
• Prototype and build AI-native interactions with scalable UX patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement frontend UI in production.
• Create reusable components and brand-aware design systems.
• Validate outcomes with real users, data, and metrics.
