Job summary

Tchop Gmbh is seeking an AI-native Outreach & Growth Manager to own the outbound and inbound pipeline, driving email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and 1:1 conversations with a human touch. You will manage AI agents connected to our CRM and lead sources, optimizing messaging and sequencing.

You will build a scalable outreach program, nurture leads over time across channels, and ensure campaigns are relevant, personalized, and effective.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in B2B outbound (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, SDR or growth work).
• Campaigns run in Instantly or similar tools with deliverability and sequencing know-how.
• AI-native approach: use LLMs and agents daily with real-work workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-powered outreach channel end to end: strategy, setup, execution and results.
• Plan, build and run email campaigns in Instantly: lists, sequences, personalisation, deliverability, A/B tests, reply handling.
• Run LinkedIn outreach: connection and message sequences, engagement and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound leads: fast qualification, right follow-up, handover to sales.
• Lead 1:1 engagement with promising leads: thoughtful, personal conversations that build trust and book meetings.
• Start conversations and grow our network across email, LinkedIn, events, communities and referrals.
• Nurture leads over time, stay relevant, and recognize when they are ready.
• Work with AI agents and automations (Hermes, Claude Code, enrichment tools, CRM) and improve prompts, signals and efficiency.
• Keep lead data clean and pipeline transparent for all stakeholders.
• Learn ICPs (publishers and media houses, enterprises with internal comms needs, brands) and translate into targeted messaging.
• Generate new ideas to convert interested leads into clients: new angles, triggers, nurture paths, experiments.
• Measure, report on, and double down on what works.
