Eterniti is seeking an AI-native Growth Engineer to build and scale the engine behind homeowner acquisition for a premium vacation rental platform. You will identify high-fit properties, source owner contacts, and run targeted outbound campaigns using email and LinkedIn.

You’ll design AI workflows, automate outreach, and own CRM hygiene and reporting. You will report to the Head of Business Development & Growth, shaping research methods, tooling, and outreach playbooks while navigating ambiguity

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B lead generation or growth roles.
• Proven track record building outbound systems that generate meetings.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation; build workflows, not just prompts.
• Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Fluent English writing for high-end US homeowners.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-fit vacation homes and owners and pre-qualify properties.
• Find accurate owner contact info using records and research.
• Run personalized outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and CRM updates.
• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze funnel and recommend improvements to focus the BD team.
