JumpSeat is seeking an AI-native Account Executive to work directly with the CEO on new business. This role is hands-on and 90% prospecting—cold calling, voicemails, manual emails, and LinkedIn engagement—with accounts, intel, messaging, and offers provided.

You’ll use AI for heavy lifting while applying judgment, creativity, and human follow-through to convert conversations into opportunities.

Qualificações

• AI is used for real work, including research, synthesis, messaging, and problem-solving.
• Ability to craft targeted outreach that stands out to buyers.
• Willingness to do hands-on prospecting and follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Work prioritized target accounts from signal to conversation.
• Activate timely, highly relevant Signal Intelligence outreach across cold calls, voicemails, manual email, and LinkedIn.
• Use AI to research accounts, sharpen angles, and create outreach that's difficult to ignore.
• Follow up thoughtfully with engaged prospects rather than relying solely on automation.
• Create lightweight proof when helpful to break through.
• Spot buying windows across replies, engagement, intent, and account activity.
• Hold credible early sales conversations and turn engagement into qualified opportunities.
• Feed learnings back into signals, messaging, targeting, and sequences.
