Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor for a remote role across the United States. The role focuses on governance, AI policy adoption, and risk assessment across statistical, machine learning, and GenAI models.

You will collaborate with risk, audit, and enterprise teams to strengthen controls and reporting. You will establish model inventories, assess risks by complexity, and support validation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI model governance, Model Risk Management, or audit.
• Knowledge of AI governance principles, ethics, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to business and technical audiences.
• Experience deploying Model Risk programs across a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance practices and maintain AI policies and standards framework.
• Monitor model performance, KRIs, and compliance with policies.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
