Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in model risk management, risk or audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and policies.
• Monitor model governance, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and testing and communicate findings.
• Engage with internal teams and external auditors on governance.
