Prolific is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our Expert Network for training and evaluating next‑gen LLMs. You will work on expert tasks, provide high‑quality feedback, and earn paid hourly work.

This role emphasizes deep technical expertise in DL, LLMs, and RLHF within a remote US framework. You will review architectures, audit code, and refine RLHF workflows while collaborating with researchers to improve AI systems.

Qualificações

• Education: a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related quantitative field with ML focus.
• Professional Experience: deploying or fine-tuning ML models in production.
• Deep Learning Mastery: neural networks (Transformers, CNNs, etc.) and optimization.
• LLM Specialization: Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
• Technical Rigor: audit model logic and data contamination; evaluate proofs.
• Analytical Critique: identify hallucinations, biases, or failures in AI outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic and assess technical accuracy of explanations.
• Audit ML code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
• Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent and safety.
• Analyze model reasoning and identify breakdowns in CoT prompts.
• Benchmark model outputs against defined performance metrics.
