Prolific is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join the Expert Network for training and evaluating next-gen LLMs. You will review architectures, audit training code, and refine RLHF/RAG workflows while ensuring data quality and model safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on ML deployment, prompt engineering, and deep learning mastery, with the option to work from home on flexible hours and pay rates up to $80/hour.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/AI/Robotics or related quantitative field with ML focus.
• Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
• Deep learning mastery across Transformer/CNN/RNN architectures and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy.
• Audit ML code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
• Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent and safety.
• Analyze model reasoning and identify failure modes in CoT prompts.
• Benchmark model outputs across technical metrics.
