Prolific is seeking an AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our Expert Network for training and evaluating next‑gen LLMs. You’ll assess model architectures, audit training code, and refine RLHF/RAG workflows while working from home.

Expect to handle tasks that may pay up to $80 per hour and require deep ML expertise and rigorous evaluation. Ideal candidates will hold a PhD/MS/BS in a related field with production ML experience, strong DL knowledge (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs), and hands-on work

Formación

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
• Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
• Deep learning mastery: neural architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
• LLM specialization: Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
• Technical rigor: audit complex model logic, data contamination, and proofs behind ML algorithms.
• Analytical critique: detect hallucinations, biased outputs, or logical failures in AI content.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic and technical accuracy of explanations.
• Audit ML code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
• Refine RLHF frameworks with high-quality human feedback.
• Analyze model reasoning and identify failure points in chain-of-thought prompts.
• Benchmark performance via structured comparisons using specific metrics.
