Prolific is seeking AI & Machine Learning Engineers to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate the next generation of LLMs. You will be paid to complete paid tasks, often around one hour, with flexibility and the ability to work from home.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/AI/Robotics or related quantitative field with ML focus.
• Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
• Deep learning mastery of neural networks (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
• Ability to audit model logic, data contamination, and ML proofs.
• Strong analytical critique to spot hallucinations and biased outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
• Validate ML-specific code, training loops, data preprocessing, and model evaluations for efficiency and correctness.
• Provide high-quality human feedback to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
• Assess model reasoning and identify failures in chain-of-thought prompts.
• Conduct comparative testing of model outputs using technical taxonomies and metrics.
