Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, timing your own schedule. You will lead live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, compare image and video pairs, and write clear explanations of what looked off or incorrect.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review carefully.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues (distortion, flicker, misalignment) and explain findings in writing.
