Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and explain your judgments in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations.
