Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll rate outputs across relevance, clarity, and realism, then provide written explanations in English. This flexible, fully remote role lets you work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries (remote work).

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation of observations.
