Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You’ll conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked off, across text, image, and video modalities. This is remote work with weekly pay and access to top LLMs.

Ideal candidates have keen attention to detail, strong written communication, and enjoy evaluating prompts and responses. Applicants from multiple countries are accepted.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or text/audio mismatches.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing observed issues.
