Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing written explanations and ratings. Flexible, remote work with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings in writing.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which more closely follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flicker, or misalignment.
• Writing concise English explanations pointing to what was off in each task.
