Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looks off in writing.

Responsibilities include identifying issues such as distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment, and rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism. Paid weekly with incentives for higher accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something looks off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
