Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing.
• Strong attention to detail and listening closely.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Sound judgment when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from AU, CA, IE, UK, US.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain issues in writing.
• Rate across dimensions and provide written rationale.
