Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain discrepancies in writing, remotely and on your own schedule. You’ll assess image and video pairs for prompt adherence and provide concise feedback to help improve AI systems.

The role offers flexible hours, remote work from home or while traveling, and access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Great attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain choices clearly in natural conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Write a concise, written explanation of what looked or sounded off.
