Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models and compare outputs, explaining what was off and how it could be improved.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours and compensation per hour with international earning potential. Contributors review images, videos, and audio, rating adherence and realism, and provide written explanations that help shape AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, natural written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in on data or media.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank AI-generated images and videos by how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy or mismatched audio/video.
• Write a specific, English explanation of what was observed or heard.
