Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live interactions with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare AI-created images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain issues in writing from a remote, flexible schedule.

You will help improve AI behavior by providing precise, evidence-based feedback and ratings, focusing on adherence, realism, and quality across multiple media types.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above as nice-to-have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting distortions, flicker, text or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what looked or sounded off and why.
