Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off. This is remote and on your schedule.

You will compare AI-generated imagery and video against prompts, identify issues, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay/zoom in on content.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Able to think quickly and describe scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed problems and why a choice was made.
