Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, contributing to a real-world impact with flexible hours and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge compliance with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was seen or heard and why it matters.
