Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to describe observations clearly.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
• Experience writing concise explanations of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to identify artifacts such as distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism, and provide a written explanation.
