Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You'll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr, with flexible hours and payment options. You'll gain free access to leading LLMs and contribute to a real-world evaluation loop that helps improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a precise English explanation pointing to what was observed.
