Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll gain free access to leading LLMs and contribute to improving AI systems in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
