Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments. You'll gain access to leading LLMs and contribute to improving AI systems through precise evaluations and written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication; comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or misalignment.
• Provide a written explanation in English detailing what was observed and why.
